T-Mobile Constently ripping off good paying customers Internet
20th of Nov, 2011 by User602070
In response to some of the other complaints, they did the same thing to me changing my due date without my knowledge. When I asked them to put my date back to the original date, since I never asked them to change it in the first place, they charged me $25.19 also without my knowledge. As of this day, I refuse to pay this illegal fee because never did they advise me that if I requested to have my due date changed back to the original date that they would charge me to do so. On top of that issue, my phone never hardly works always saying (Emergency Calls Only), calls are constantly dropping and yet I continue to pay my entire bill on time. Where is the fairness in that! I believe there should be a class action lawsuit filed against this company in regards to there deceptive and unfair practices. They should not be able to treat good paying customers in the manner.
