Company falsely represented themselves as health insurance

I recently moved to a new state which required me getting new health insurance. After submitting numerous 'feelers' online, I was contacted by this company who I signed up with for the 'health insurance'. The representative claimed I also would receive a $250k life insurance policy that came with the program. To avoid any additional costs - and only after pressing the representative if I had to take out this life insurance policy which was not health insurance, I found out it added another $90 to the costs of the program.

So my 'policy' didn't lapse, I have been trying to call the company to make my payment. After researching the literature trying to find a valid phone number to make this second payment did I see that what I had purchased is in fact NOT health insurance but a health services discount program. I have been attempting to call the ph #8772588594 and circuits are ALWAYS busy thus no contact with anyone.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
