|I completely agree with the report made earlier. I had almost identical situation. They will misinform you, mislead and tell everything to get your card details. And then you do not receive neither your service nor your money back!|

I sent them numerous emails, made loads of phone calls and sent a recorded delivery letter. No solution. And yes, lady ( or ladies) answering the phone there have a tendency to hang up the phone when it gets 'inconvenient" to answer what you ask for!
I tried to talk to any managers a lot of times, but it never worked. Finally, last time i called a couple of days ago and was firmly determined to speak to someone who could at least potentially be able to help.
I made a call around 1:50 pm. I was told manager was on lunch but will be be back in about half an hour. Lady on the other side of a phone assured me she will tell him to call me as soon as he is back as i told her that i heard the same story already many times. In about 45 minutes, nobody called me back, so i made another call and was told manager was then on the phone. I was put on hold for 15 minutes, after which i hang up and rang again. Manager was still on the phone, but the lady who answered the phone assured me she will definitely ask the manager to call me back once he is finished with his conversation. No one rang me back again and around 3:30pm i gave a call to the company myself. I was then told that no managers are available any more and they are not there, which made me feel like i was being completely fooled around!!! i refused to accept a "no" answer, as it was the same excuse all the times and now demanded to talk to someone who is able to assist and make decisions, as whoever i talked to from this company said the same things that they are not authorized to do so. The lady just kept saying like robot she couldnt help and told me to call tomorrow. She said no one was available and finally said she is going to hang up as i was being rude!!!! I called the day after and finally got to talk to the "manager", who was also "not authorized" to make refunds. He actually said my campaign has been run ( which was absolutely false!) and with a raised voice told me no one will talk to me anymore as i was rude !!!
It seems it is a well planned SCAM company, which operates a business on collecting money, not providing services and fooling people around. And it appears it is rude if you try to contact them for nearly 2 months and finally firmly demand for solution or for someone who would be able to provide that solution. But it appears is not rude of them to take your money, not to give the service and simply ignore you.
