Do not order any parts from them me and my family did and we are out 70 something dollars. We got the part it was not the right part they said sense he opened the box , plugged it in for 2 sec to see if that was the right part we can not return it it has not been used. I have not had a washer now for 4 weeks. cause we didnt have the money to order the part. I was going to order another part from them. I cant cause i have to choose food over washer part and i choose food cause my three year olds need to eat. and they have medical problems so yeah i choose food. cause i can put my clothes in a tub and let them set there in cleaning stuff till i feel they are clean enough. i'm from the south and you dont treat ppl this way. All she could have said was we can start the return part and call back when you want the other part sent to you it was not like i was asking for a refund i need a part for this washer and they didnt want to listen or help me. at all DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wish i looked on here before i ordered. i done called my bank to stop all transactions from them .. THEY LIE TO YOU
