Never Shave Again Jackie, Melissa, Linda scam, ripoff, will not give refund Linden, New Jersey

Never Shave Again is a scam. I purchased the product for over $100 and tried it. It did not remove hair. I contacted the company and was told I could return it within 30 days. I shipped it back with a tracking number. They received the product within the time frame on September 23, 2011. I was told the refund would take up to 3 weeks. Well, almost 2 months later, I still do not have a refund. I have emailed and called daily. I get the same reps--Jackie, Linda, or Melissa. I have their speeches memorized. I am told that they are sending up a request for my refund. They tell me I can email. I ask where up is and am told they are the main office of United Productions. There is no phone number that I can call for the refund department. As of this date, they have sent 30+ requests for me. I have email the customer service department from 3 different email address with the order number asking for my refund. I get a generic email that my email has been received and staff would contact me shortly. I have left numerous voice mails and noone ever calls me back. This company has stolen my money. After having so much trouble, I checked on the internet and have read other reviews saying the same things I have. Can someone shut this place down?
