Beware and stay away... The staff does not give a sh*t!!!!! I joined this fitness club to get into shape and work out.
The staff does not give a sh*t...They are opened during the week days at 5am.
In the last 60 days the person that opens the facility has been late 9 times. And one time no one showed up at all. There is not manager on site, or least he never is visible. The staff is not friendly and feel bothered when you ask them question. The machines are dirty all the time. The staff just sits at the counter, never walk the facility looking to help people or see if any issue. The staff never refills the wipe down towels, they wait for a club member to tell them. Just the other day, all the towels to wipe down the machines were empty upstair. We went down stair and interupted there conversation and advised them. They told us there are towel dispensers over through out the first floor also. We suggested to him to replace thoses up stairs. The employee went upstair and replaced one of two. "There!! You satisfied?" Why no..go replace the other one too!!!! There hours on the weekend : Saturday 8am to 6 pm -----how bout opening earlier like you competition..
Sunday___10 am to 5 pm..wtf Do not join got to Gxxx's, Wxxx or Exxxxx ..they are much more
