Duane Forkner and Genie huff claim to be Professional Website Designers and for a large fee usually 1/2 up front they claim they will build you a custom website. My experience was as follows. My contract was I would have a completed navigational website that I approve within 30 days from the date of the contract. I supplied templates for the company mentioned , I provided design layouts, I built an example of a demo site for this company and I spelled everything out in writing. I paid this company upfront money of the total bill of $3500 and got nothing usable. I would contact these two individuals on almost a daily basis and was given excuses like, we are building the directory, we are building databases etc. yet they had no web pages they designed at all to input this information. After 20 days they sent me a website that in my opinion a 2 year old could have done, it was very poor in quality and not a professional job in my opinion, even after all I gave them they still did not complete the job. The resume that Duane has on Linkedin states he is an expert with over 10 yrs experience in web design and programming. In my opinion this is misleading based on the work he performed and I have this resume on disk should anyone want it along with the website they designed. My opinion is you find anyone else and you check references before you hire them. Its been my experience on web design companies or individuals that once you pay upfront they have no interest in working, your recourse to collect the money back is time consuming and you won't get it back because they probably have no money to start. i don't recommend these people or their company for any work. This is my opinion and I have all the proof should you desire it including 75 emails to them. Also keep in mind the contract they give to you says that they own the website they build for you and you lease it from them , this is not a standard practice. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

Scam report... you entered into a contract with my company for a 3, 000 mock website project which you blatantly violated by demanded thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours of work and development completely outside of the original agreement... Blatant threats by e-mail... threatening to send your 'business partners..." which you claim are an ex football player and a Henderson Police Officer to collect a non-refundable deposit, according to the contract, which not only your demands vacated, but your criminal threats clearly relieved our company of any and all obligations John Wachowski? I have all of the e-mails as well as design and server records which clearly prove you demanded work which vacated our written agreement as well as numerous copies of all of the threatening e-mails that you sent to my business partner as well as myself... if you're going to post hate on the internet in regards to business make sure the claims you're presenting are not backed up with proof that you are not only lying but pretty much a petty thug as well... legal action will be taken at this point, not only for the threats, but for the punitive damages outside the contract as well as slander being posted publicly to the internet... good luck

I have proof of your misleading resume you posted, contracts, emails, and also people who were there when we met at Harrahs. My opinion is my opinion and I can share this with the community so they do the research first. If you continue to post Lies about threats and people I don't know I will be forced to take legal action. You managed to collect free money and with my proof its clear. If you were unable to do the job you never should of taken the money or refunded it when you were way over your head. But if you already spent the money you would not be able to refund it. So to make it clear My opinion which is what it is my opinion you did not keep to my contract or yours and anytime you want to give the excuse your building directory's and sub directory's from templates I supplied and no CUSTOM WEB PAGES that you designed to input all this work into for over 20 days with nothing CUSTOM or approved by me I am more than willing to litigate this in court. You built nothing CUSTOM at all. The site you slapped together was 80s and off my example site which I did not have to build. You cost me alot of money by not adhering to our contract.

So you do what you have to and I will as well.

Sincerely

Good Luck with That

My resume is neither misleading and I have ALL of the e-mails proving your threats violation of the contractual agreement... you payed for a presentation model website and then attempted to demand a fully funtional web development project which we had agreed would cost approximately 50000 dollars minimum.. you made threats directly and my business partner and myself have proof of all of said information... you not only violated the contract... you have blatantly violated the confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement... not only do I have proof that my resume is not misleading, I have references to back up the information as well as the local long term business relationships throughout this city that my Business partner has built through honest work and integrity... you attempted to blatantly demand work in excess of tens of thousands of dollars outside the written agreement, attempted to make threats after thousands of dollars were done in order to attempt to fulfill the contract regardless... you may feel free to take legal action... we have documented and hard drive proof of everything and redundant copies of all said proof Mr. Wachowsky... and I do have the work... the entire content of all the work involved, including a fully function e-commerce site which alone costs more than the entire price you agreed to, not even covered by the deposit...

so you may want to do a considerable amount of due diligence before continuing slanderous accusations against a company and or persons who have all of the necessary proof to absolutely eradicate any doubt as to whether we are backing any and all claims made by our company.

We do not need luck.. .we are a legitimate business with proof that you are questionable to say the very least. so good luck with that and all you are the one that will need luck Mr. Wachowsky we have more than enough proof that we are not the negligent party in this situation we do not have to rely on luck in this case

so regarding punitive damages, breach of confidentiality, threats which we had to advise you on the federal statutes which you were blatantly violating all of which we have redundant hard evidence of... feel free to take whatever legal action you see fit.`

You are the one that will need luck
