Northwest Exterminating scam on bait system installation...read fine print, overcharge for installation...U dont own the stations mariet

In Regards to the "Green" bait stations they place around your home.....DONT FALL FOR IT I was NEVER told that the 950.00 installation fee included nothing but them putting the plastic bait stations into the ground on my property. It took them less then 1 hour to install and the charge was 950.00. I was paying them 75 per quarter to moniter them (which is just putting wood inside them and checking to see if the termites were eating the wood). I cancelled the contract with them because u still have to have your house chemically sprayed if they find termite activity, so why pay 300 per year plus 950 installation when you can bond and have your home protected for 150 per year with another company. They do the same thing and spray (for free) if they find termite activity. This method is sold for it "green" advantages, but its just a money maker for the pest control companies. I was told this by a friend of mine who owns a pest control company. DONT GO FOR IT. I basically paid 950 for an hours worth of work....Stupid on my part....dont let them talk you into it, its a scam
