I'had been charged the postling & handling for my order on my credit card. I've had been calling for several hours dialling 61390086241 this number is always busy.
I want to let you know I don't want you continue charging in my account any further. The order I made was a gift given to me from a reward partner.
The product suppost to be tested in 10 DAYS.
Order haven't come yet.
And I did not know it was coming from Hong Kong.

I am having a similar problem with Novapay. I did a survey on Facebook and was to receive a "free" gift, however I had to pay postage of $2.95, gave my credit card details and so far have had $90.97 extra debited to my account. I am now disputing the transaction with my bank, but it's a lengthy process. I rang the number for Australia (61390086241), the person who answered was most unhelpful and tried to interest me in purchasing more of the "Dermalift" products. There is no manufacturer listed on the product and the return address for the product is totally unreadable, although it was posted in Chicago. Don't do surverys on Facebook and don't trust Novapay with your bank or credit card details.
