OBSneakers.com sent wrong product and will not refund money, Internet

I ordered shoes from the crooks too, and they threw the shipping company under the bus. Their emails back and forth with me have been pathetic. They won't take responsibility for their mistake and they tell me I should try to sell the shoes if I don't want them. WTF!! I'm not in the biz of selling shoes, I'm a customer, bitches! The little 10-18% discount for any of my friends and family is a slap in the face. Are you kidding me?! Why the fuck would I tell anybody to order shoes from these crooks?! I'd like to get my hands on these mutha funkas.
Im making a point to write on as many complaint websites as I can about these thieves.
Here's the email string:

You sent the wrong shoes! I ordered Adidas Superstar Safety 464175 ***STEEL TOE size 11. You sent Adidas Superstar Luker G17202. They didn't come in a box either. What should I do to send these back to you and get the correct shoes?

our manager says you will be offered 15% off in your future orders, including
your family and your friends, they will get the discounts.my friend, I think this
is a good discount, you will save many money to buy shoes.what's more, all of
our shoes are in good quality and nice. what do you think?

I want to send these back and I want my money back. I do not want to pay for these shoes I got. Please tell me where to ship these to so I can get a refund. I do not want to buy any more shoes I just want the ones I ordered. If you don't have them, I want my money back.

we did arrange the right shoes to you.but it is the express company mistook them.the express company have mistaken the packages with the other customer.and we have contacted with them, but they refuse to take the responsibility, so we have no results from them.and we already agree that we will take most of the responsibility for it.
you know that the shipping of the international express is very very costly.
the shipping fee is much more expensive than the cost of some shoes.you can check it from the website of express company.we just have a little profit of each original business.
well, in order to compensate you, we agree to give you the biggest discount 18%( the cost price ).

No, that's not good enough! I didn't order these shoes so I want a FULL REFUND! I do not want to pay for something that I don't want. It's not my fault the express company made the mistake so I should not have to pay for the shoes they sent incorrectly. Please refund the full price back onto my credit card as soon as possible.
Again, if you can't get me the correct shoes just give me my money back! I want my money back!

But the express company have mistaken them in the post.
our manager said that you need to pay for the shipping if you send the shoes back.I think that it is not for your profit.
you can keep the previous shoes that you have got, the shoes are very expensive and high quality, if you really don't like it, maybe you can resell them or give them to others as a gift.you don't need to send them back.
you just only pay for the shipping 45 USD.we will resend the shoes to you, is that ok? thank you very much
