One Spa Retreat Mississauga Spa Direct Ripped off for Yoga Membership.... Mississauga, Ontario

I just want to file a report as I am sure I am not the only person that this has happened to. This place has ripped me off for a one year membership that I paid in full for in October in the amount of 734.50. Now it's December and the business has closed down and gone out of business for non-payment of rent. There were people there the other day taking the furniture they said that they are from the bailiffs office and are putting the furniture up for auction (so they say). They also told me that the business is going out of business. I sent an email to Audrey HiembizkyThe emails are bouncing back saying that he emails are no longer valid and the website is under construction also the number is out of service, apparently they are filing for bankruptcy. I am very shocked that a business can just get away with taking money from innocent and trusting people and then just close down like this. What a fraud. I am just letting other people know that this person is very dangerous and hopefully it won't happen to someone else.

The same happened to me. They sold me on a package for 6 Session of Microdermabrasion and I only used 4. I called few times to schedule my 5th session and no one got back to me. I sent several emails and no response. Finally decided to show up in person and learned that the business is closed and the bulding is listed for sale. I would like to get my money back somehow.
