Scott Ryan Tischler has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from people from all across the US. He has been caught a few times but unfortunately, he has made a mockery of the court system. Today he continues his various scams by gaining trust and then stealing your investment money. He also claims to have various diamond connections around the world.
