Well,I did and I accept full responsibility for not researching their history on the internet.It was always difficult and usually impossible to get a hold of them directly.They would respond to emails but never with any specifics.I ended up dealing with Bank of America ,who began to call me because they could not get a hold of my attorney nor had they heard from them.Carlos at B of A was super nice and really was trying to help me.All I ever got from my attorney was a monthly form email and intimidating attitude.

After B of A turned me down due to the fact that I was still managing to make my payment,I emailed the law firm.They called me back the next day and said"we can not advise you to stop making your payment but if you should decide to do so then here is another number you can call"

They duped me.They did absolutely zero to help me with the modification but ,I must add,get in the way.I highly recommend anyone considering them for anything do some research first.Read the testimonials they have.Many of the people were not helped and Kucsan & McCrea managed to convince them it was the bank and not them at fault .

And ,of course ,they absolutely refused to refund any of my money.Why did I ask,because the nice old lady in the beginning ,before I signed the contract,said they even refunded people their money if they were unable to help them.
