This is a for-profit school that will do anything for money. No real education occurs at this school. Also, this school pays to have negative reviews taken down from other sites. Do not go to this school. It will cost you at least $150K and the "education" and experience are not worth anything at all.

Like with any for-profit school, Pacifica has its flaws. If you are going to pay for grad school (Alliant, Pacifica, Fielding, Rosemead, etc., etc) all for-profits have problems. Pacifica's are no greater or less. There's no reason on earth to get a PhD at any for-profit when you can totally practice psychotherapy/counseling in California with an MA-level MSW/MFT/MA in counseling degree, or other masters level degree. Save some money, get an MA and don't be in a position that one of the other posters' is in with throwing the baby out with the bath water.
