Los Angeles, CA 90030 To whom it may concern: I own the property that comprises one full city block located on Westminster Avenue in Venice. This is where I have lived for the past 35 years. Yesterday on a Monday, a street-cleaning day, at five minutes to twelve Officer Reynolds issued over 30 tickets to everyone parked on Westminster Avenue. It should be noted that the street already been cleaned.
More importantly if we dont park at five minutes till the hour on Westminster- we are not able to park in anywhere else in our own neighborhood. I already pay taxes on my building, and on another residence in LA as well. Why would you punish your citizens this way? How do you expect us to live and work and patronize businesses that bring our city so much in revenue? Get your priorities straight and advise your parking officials to behave in a respectful fashion. SHAME on your ticketing practices! If I had the
time to waste an entire day of my life and contest all of my neighbors tickets in court I would!

i just got a parking violation where it say city of los angeles, how come they sent me a ticket i don't even been i los angeles and the make of car is not match with my car they got my license number and my home address they want me to pay $100.
