He will negotiate a price for your item and make you believe. He is using several Paypal addresses and will ask you to ship to some other country and he will say some suitable reason.

Once you ship the item, he will claim unauthorised payment OR item not delivered and will try to get the money back.

In Chat as well as in Skype, he will try to send some files. Please do not download that as it will be just viruses/trojans that will steal your personal information. (this has happened to us).
