Pink Superstore Dan Hansen Misleading Contact Info , invalid certificate, forwards calls to phone number on bank statement to a different company in F

Pink Superstore has many complaints with the BBB and is not accredited with the BBB. The supposed President, D. Hansen, will respond to emails after a dispute is filed with the bank. The phone number used to put the charges through your bank(listed on bank statement) is invalid and is actually a number for a different internet company in Florida. The merchandise was shipped one month after I placed the order. The first response from D. Hansen to my email asking for a tracking ID with the carrier was, "Sorry, we have been out of that item for a few days." - no tracking info. Weeks later I received another email from him with tracking info through FedEx and the date on which the item should arrive. It did arrive, but I've already disputed the sale with my bank and had to close my debit account and reopen it. The merchandise was not worth the trouble as I've found that the manufacturer has a website with the same product for sale. Txxxx also has it. My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this store is to check other retailers in your area first, such as Txxxx, Wxxxxx, etc.
