Premier Precious Metals is being investigated by The FTC and The United States District Court, Southern District of Florida for being part of the American Precious Metals telemarketing fraud. According to documents filed by the court Premier Precious Metals received $2,482,609 in FRAUDULENT GAINS from American Precious Metals. They are classified by the court receiver as an "Insider and Related Party." Premier Precious Metals is an affiliate office of American Precious Metals.
