I had checked this company out through 2 different services one being Online Business Bureau the other BBB and I know the first one showed an A rating at that time of 12/2009 the BBB rating I think was the same but don't really recall. After initial contacts and agreements were made and entered into and money was drawn from our account to the agreed amount we started waiting and resending different documents that they asked for, then all went silent.
After a period of time, a month of nothing I called to talk to our supposed handler for our account I was told that I will have to go through customer services for my questions, and the standard answer to my question of "Where are we on the modification?" was that " It's still being worked on"
When you can't get answers to your questions what do you do but sit and wait . And I had the privilege to pay 2496.00 for this I want my money back and this thief in jail.
