I wish I could give this company zero stars because that is what they deserve.
When planning a move from California to Vermont I called PRESTIGE MOVING & STORAGE and they gave me a great price quote and then I asked how long would it take for them to deliver my stuff and was told one to three weeks, I asked the representative if she was sure because I could go no month or two without my stuff and she told me no more then one three weeks.
The movers arrivered on 4/28/11 and picked my stuff so I expected it no later then 5/19/11 but my stuff did not arrive, so I called PRESTIGE MOVING & STORAGE and asked where it was and the representative said she would concat the dispatcher and have the dispatcher call me back, that didn't happen so the next day I called again, this time the representative said the driver was in my area and would call me and a little while later he did he did and told me he was in MO(which means the representative was lying because MO is not in VT area) and would be here soon, So I waited until the fallow Thursday(6/2/11) and called again, the repsersentive had the dispatcher call me and the dispatcher told me she thought my stuff had already been delivered and she would have the driver call, Again the driver called me he told me now he was Indiana and had to make deliveries there and in OH, PA, NY and then he would be in VT.
When a company says one to three weeks for delivery and it now going on to six weeks and most likely will go beyond six weeks to deliver is very unreasonable.
PRESTIGE MOVING & STORAGE is a very dishonest company avoid this company at all costs.
