One of my customers has become a nightmare

I have to put this on here. I have a customer, whom on the day of the move calls me and tells me she needs to add more furniture and items to her inventory. Had she actually read the Understanding Your Estimate as I always tell my customers, she would have read were it says, on the day of pick up, should you have more weight than what is on the inventory, you will pay for those overages. She didn't tell me the packers were there, she acted like they hadn't gotten there yet and therefore, due to her not giving an accurate inventory, she now want so blame us for her price. I told her numerous times that if she has anything else, to call no later that the day before pick up to get the additional items on the list. She did not. This woman has been blaming us for her mistake, which some customers do so more than not. Read your estimate. Do you inventory. Listen to your sales rep and do you research. We are only as good as the customer, so stop blaming us for your mistakes. Thank you. I hope you actually listen this time to what I've been saying all along!
