This Company Lied When They Told Us We Needed To Use ALL the Product Before We Could Retun It!!!

I purchased DigestaCure online at I have IBS and the person at assured me it would be GONE after I took the product. The problem was after taking the product for a couple of days it made me sick to my stomach. I quickly decided it wasn't for me.

My wife called the company at and was told by a person by the name of Sandra that I could not get a refund until ALL the product was taken. My wife was lectured by this person named Sandra as to how Sandra is supposedly on the product and if I take ALL the product for the FULL duration ALL would be well. My wife was having none of it and Sandra HUNG THE PHONE UP on her!!!

At the top of their website they have under Healing Assurance Guarantee their so-called guanatee. They outline how they recommend you ask for a refund depending on what illness you have. They want you to take their product anywhere from 90 to 120 days and THEN and ONLY THEN should you ask for a refund! I'm sure they figure the elderly will soon forget about it and NO REFUND will be then given back. Wear them out approach. Nice company! Read it, I GUARANTEE you'll read the most insidious refund guarantee you've ever read!!!

Never mind the product made me SICK to my stomach, their website promises a FULL 100% refund! After making threats of legal action a person by the name of Terry emailed me and told me I have to CALL the company back to get a refund and give them back my creditcard as they don't keep creditcard numbers ON-HAND. What-A-Run-Around-Scam!I did so and was put on HOLD for a very long period of time. I hung up and emailed the company with my creditcard information. I'm still waiting for a reply. That didn't come as of today.

The company has VERY POOR customer service in my opinion and are liars. My wife and I know this first hand. BEWARE!!!

I don't agree at all! This same person posted the same exact complaint back in January 2011, word-for-word, with a different user name, and so you should view that complaint and read my comments over there, because I AM getting well from this extraordinary supplement, and unfortunately, poor Gary didn't realize that the reason he was getting sick is that it was working, but he was detoxing too quickly, and a simple phone call to Digestacure customer service, and they would have happily designed an adjusted dose plan for him. I feel so sorry for Gary, because he most likely would have been well by now, or at least made great improvement.

I also find it odd that the one comment left is blank where the nickname should go, and no name after the comment. Hmm...I can't quite trust that, it seems planted.

Please do not dismiss this company by this one complaint alone. I have 2 gut-related problems (candida and leaky gut syndrome), as well as 2 autoimmune disorders (plaque psoriasis and lichen sclerosis), and the company says most detoxing, repairing, healing times need about 90 - 120 days, and both of my autoimmune problems already showed improvement within the first 30 days. By no means am I stopping! I absolutely believe this will fix the imbalance and then my body will be able to function normally again. I did experience a few evenings of light nausea, so I just drank more water, and I felt the need to rest a little extra. Other than that, I felt good. Each person heals differently, so you cannot base it on one person's experience. And they are there six days a week, so they can help you.

Educate yourself, email, or call them with your health concerns. Base your decision on knowledge. Go to the horses' mouth, the ones who did 12 years of research for this amazing supplement. And talk about easy to take! Super easy!

It's unfortunate that the first two posters (no matter who they are), did not have a good experience/outcome, and everyone certainly has the right to their own natural reaction/opinion. I really do wish it had gone well for them, because no one wants to be sick, or have pain/discomfort.

For myself, I feel very fortunate that I am experiencing good results, and improvement.

May you both find what you need in order to feel better.
