Proactiv Ripped me off! Didn't cancel membership and refused to credit charges. Internet

First all I wanted was the free trial, then I got scammed into buying the package which cost $49 for 3 months (I called to tell them I had a reaction to the solution but they said it was too late and I had to buy the whole thing). So then I tried to send it back and cancel my membership. They refused to credit me and made me pay the full amount. Finally I got someone to cancel my membership..... I thought! Then a few months later, I see another automatic payment appear on my credit card! I called them up and they said that whomever I spoke to had not canceled it (even though he saw on the notes that I'd asked for it to be canceled). He said it had shipped and should arrive any day. I now have to pay to have it shipped back before they will credit me.... who knows whether I'll ever get the money back. I advise you never to do business with them. They are a big scam and a very untrustworthy. Their customer service people are terrible.
