This company was contacted to help us get some software out in the farm. The companies one and only representative contacted us. We talked and had various demos online. It was all yes yes yes. We asked if the software had the ability to be converted into our measurement system. He replied yes we asked if we did not like the software was there a trial time he said yes. We asked if we could get an update he said yes.That should have been a red flag. After a few demos and a alot of yes's we decided to try the software. We had to pay to an overseas bank account another red flag. We paid 80 percent down and we had some training of the software. Which was ok we asked when we were going to get our software converted into our system. He said in a few days. Its been 1 year 3 months I have not gotten one email or call from this person. We asked for support no reply we asked to return the software no reply. I have sent countless emails to this compnay and I have called there New York number same voicemail over and over. Our company has been dupped into buying a software that cannot be used by our farm and we only paid 80 percent you would think this guy would update the software or at least support in order to get the other 20 percent but nothing. I am sure this software will work for some of you using the metric system that is if he will answer your emails. Persons name is Allan W. he did keep teling us that we were going to get a call from his manager. Sad thing is we are still waiting for that call. I hope this helps other farmers out there intersted in this software.
