I too went to Mortgage Protection Group/Queen Creek Mortgage and spoke with Judy and Robert. I paid the required upfront fees. I paid in 3 installments. All checks were cashed - I held up my end of the bargain, but they have not held up theirs. I have been working with them since March 2010. There has been constant communication until a week ago. The phone goes into a loop. The contact number I have for Judy is disconnected, as well as the number for Robert. I have sent numerous e-mails and faxes with no response. I appreciate the information on the owner. I will be following up on my own with as many means as I have available. I will file reports, send letters, continue to update on this site. I want my money back. They have not delivered what they promised and there is a contract in place. I also want my file and all forms of contact that MPG has made with my lender. I will need to follow-up on my own now. I will do that, but I will continue to pursue a refund and justice from a very misleading and unjust company.
