I have written a complaint once but found more evidence of scamming today! I found they have numerous websites under different names and cannot explain any connection. 2 different wbsites are charging my debit card with 2 different amts but yet both phones add up to same! Bottom line is....over past 3 months they have charged to my debit card a total of $515.55 plus caused $192.00 in NSF. And they tell me they won't refund because even tho I returned unopened the packages, I didn't get permission!!!!! If anyone wants to file class action LET ME KNOW!!!!!

I ordered a $4.95 trial offer from jlj*sknrefresh, com and was billed not only for the trial charge but also $94.95 for the product which I neither ordered or received. I complained to my bank and theyss resolved the situatuon. However On this months bill, I received a charge of $99.90 from jlj*sknrefresh again, for a product that I neither ordered or received. I protested to my credit card bank and was informed that I was on a revolving plan which will bill me every month for that amount. How can they do this without my specific order. So far I have receive only the trial order salve. I have not ordered nor received anything else nor do I want to. I have not been able to contact the company to resolve this problem. This company should be investigated by the US Trade Commission.
