Ray Chevrolet (Suzuki
Ray Chevrolet ,Suzuki, Total Scam and Liars Fox Lake , Illinois

Back in early August i went into ray chevrolet to buy a new car. when i went in i told them my price range and what i would like to stay by as far as my payment amount $350.00/mo. So they came back and told me that the only two cars that would stay within my payment amount would be the 2010 Suzuki SX4 and the 2010 Chevy Cobalt. so i said ok i want to go look at both of them and see my options and go from there. so in this process i was leanning more toward the cobalt but i was still undecided because the cobalt was not power locks or windows and the suzuki was. so then i was told by both the sales guy John and the finances guy Randy and Ken that if i went with suzuki, that the payment would be lower, he said that we were looking at about 370's for the suzuki and 390's for the payment a month on the cobalt and he also said that if i went with suzuki that they are running a promo( they pay for your summer gas) at this time so i would get a $280.00 gas card. so i of course with being told these thing i chose to go with the Suzuki SX4. So with all those options on the suzuki i went with that. Well then we get down to doing the paperwork and i find out that my payment for the suzuki has gone up to $398.00/mo, which i though was what they told me i would be paying for the cobalt. they told me suzuki was gunna be cheaper. Well so then at this point after being there all day i just said fine and let it go with that amount because i needed a car really bad for work. so during this process i also asked randy and ken i do get a $280 gas card for this suzuki promo right? and they both responded to me yes you will receive it in the mail in about 12 weeks because they are behind on sending them out. so i said ok and finished signing all papers and left. Well so now here i am writing because it has been well over 12 weeks and i still have not recieve the $280 gas card in the mail. I keep tring to email the sales person (John) that sold me the car and the general manager(Matt) and asking them and i get no where. it is now december and i bought the car back in august. $280 in gas is a big deal especially when you are promised that you buy a car and you are supposed to get it. so i feel that i was lied to and completely scammed. If i was not going to have a cheaper payment and or the gas card from the suzuki i would have been better off buying the cobalt. they should have never told me this if it was never gunna happen. well i have learned my lesson i will be trading in my car next year and i will not be going back to them. They lie..........................
