Failure to correct web listing; as a result loss of business

I have had "real problems" with real practice. After I signed up for three months, not having received any business as promised, I cancelled my subscription. They failed to changed my internet listing to delete the phone number they assigned for me and the direction to a website they prepared. People who try and reach me on the phone get a message that the number has been disconnected. The website is no longer active. When I called to speak with the people I dealt with (Mike Runkle included) I was directed to other persons. Whern I finally spoke with someone, they admitted that they failed to change the number and website when I cancelled the service. So they advised that they had corrected the phone number problem (which they still haven't done) and then had the nerve to tell me they would charge me $99 per month to mange traffic to the website. I would suggest that no one be lured into dealing with them.
