here here to the last two reports on this company. both reports described this company inside and out. what really "grinds my gears" about this establishment is the unprofessionalism and sexist, racist, "dead baby" jokes that they constantly tell. if yourabout to go on a interview with thyis company be sure to ask the boss to tell his joke on having sex with a baby. real mature. still not convinced, do you have a family or significant other? say goodbye because you'll rarely see them while employed here. if you have children or suddenly become ill forget going. no sick days allowed, the boss will guilt youand question your committment to the company. it wont matter to him though because with no benefits youll be getting paid zero zilch zip for the days you miss work. just living the american dream i guess. if you catch sight of a guy named justin, say hi to him. he's been in the same stagnant position for well over the time you will hear mentioned that it takes to "get promoted" within the company. this company claims to be affiliated with charitable events and causes. on your interview ask them the last time they donated money to anything besides their friday night binge drinking fests. Goggle search Red F Inc and you'll find a press release for "BATTLE OF THE BANDS"-- how'd that go considering it never happened?? THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS WHO DO NOT COMMIT TO OR FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANYTHING. if they mention informative, net working based business trips, what they really mean is the risk of driving your own car to sister offices in va, philly, kentucky, etc. and sleeping on some strangers couch. the boss Deric will shell out cash to fly/ hotel only his "favorites" to trips he deems important. oh yeah, and if your a girl, careful to not stay over the bosses house after a night of drinking, looks like he got more action from the chicks in the office then me.
