I took my car in to this shop for some front end work. I received a written price and being was told they had to order a part from the dealer for my car. A few days later, I returned to have the car fixed. The price had gone up $300.00 and I was told they made a mistake as the part they needed to replace was on the drivers side of the car and not the passenger side. I then called back to talk to the manager. I advised him that I would go to the media as remember a year of so ago this shop was investigated by the media for over charging a customer. I was hung up on when I question the increase. When I called back, the lady that answered the phone told me to pick up the car as they were not going to do any work on it. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not take a bicycle to this place for repairs.
