Right Honda Felt cheated there also Scottsdale, Arizona

I felt cheated at Right Honda, also. I would NEVER buy a car from them again. My salesperson, Brandon, kept talking around my questions and would not give me a straight answer, and the finance person, (cannot find his name) was not interested in answering my questions. I found him snippy and rude. My lease app did add $2,000 to the supposed value of the car that I had discussed with the salesperson. I went ahead and signed, but realize I was being an idiot. My old car was so bad, I just wanted a new one and it was the end of the day. When Honda called for a review, I gave everyone a "1", the lowest.

I always thought of Honda as being a good company, good cars, and I did not feel ripped off with my 2 previous Hondas. I think the car is good, but maybe they feel they can scam the rich up there.

I will never return there, especially not to get work done.

I purchased a new Honda from them in December I believe I had the same guy his name was Brandon I kept asking him for the actual price of the car and the actual payment but he never really did give me a straight answer and the guy in the back I think his name was jose or juan but he just quickly pushed the papers in my face and I signed them not realizing that the price of the car went from 21, 000 to 26, 000 now when I look at the pay off amount it say it will be 27, 000 so I can only say they are very untrustworthy and I got FUCKED I will never go to them again! the thing is I always read the paper work but my brother in law works there and I felt they would really be honest but once a crook always a crook I say!
