Stamps.com Charged monthly fees for services never used and never intended to use! Internet

I checked into the "services" provided by Stamps.com and found that their fee of $16 a month was too much for what they provided and for what my small business needed or could afford, so I never used their service. They charged me the $16 a month fee anyway even thought as I just said I never used them! I was online and got attacked by malware so I had to cancel my credit card. Because I cancelled my credit card Stamps sent me an email saying that they couldn't charge me. This came as quite a shock to me that they were trying to charge me. My wife gets our statements so I was unaware of the charge, she never mentioned it to me. I informed Stamps that I would no longer be paying them and that I would like a refund because I had never used their service. Stamps refused to refund any money, telling me that I had gotten a free month of service. The email that Stamps sent me about not being able to charge my account was the first email I had gotten from them. If I hadn't cancelled my credit card I would have been paying Stamps for another 6 months until my card expired. As it is Stamps got 8 or 9 months at $16 a month for something I never used or ever intended to use. Now no matter how big my company might become and it is more than doubling in size, I will never ever use Stamps!
