I was hired by this company. they will shit you. at 28cpm yes I should have seen it coming, I was out of work and broke,what can I say in this economy. Drove about 15 thous. miles on a broke seat. Owes me miles,and tolls, Clos 2 , $2200.00. Took it to the Labor board. Commonwealth of VA they said they didn't have to pay. I was contract labor. I wonder how much he paid them to tell me that????????

I use to work Rising Sun myself till I was fired for one of Harrys trucks breaking down on me in pa. He always tells me to back my logbook up once I was pasted my 11 hours driving since he makes a solo driver run team freight. I got a buddy that is still there and now there going to start charging the driver $500 if there late with a load. Plus $250 for a logbook ticket. I think the Va State DOT should pull Rising Sun DOT Number before one of there drivers kill someone, since there pushed past the legal limits...

My company Fleet services of Arizona ran a road call for truck broke down on I40 in California. The truck was out of fuel we installed fuel got the truck back up and running. Our technician did not have cell service and let the truck go with a promise to be paid the next day. the next morning I contacted Harry and he said he would call as soon as he got to office and pay me. He didn't. I found a different phone number and called the woman was rude said to give her time and hung up on me. Two days ago I was told I would be paid by the end of day. I am still waiting it has been two weeks since service was provided and now they are not answering the phone. If they call your company for a truck broke down. run the other the direction this company will not pay.
