RMF Scrubs Beware of Return Policy Internet, New Jersey

Beware of this company's return policy. I ordered several scrubs. They were smaller than described. One was stained. To return the scrubs, they insisted on charging a restocking fee, which they would not waive, even for the stained scrub. Not only do they charge a restocking fee, the cost for return shipping is unbelievable: "Freight each side will be deducted for USA @ 20% of the order or $5.95, whichever is more." !! Does this mean that they can charge more in return freight than the actual cost of shipping?! The worst part: "If the customer do not receive/accept shipment because of any reason whatsoever than that shipment will be treated as return shipment." Can they simply not ship something and still charge for restocking and freight?!!! Appears that way! Ultimately, they gave me a $4.00 credit for the stained scrub and told me to keep it. I told them I would dispose of the others because returning them would be too costly. I question if this is their strategy: sell poor quality merchandise, make it too costly to return/charge for items not received??!! Be Very Very careful with this company.

This company is a mess, I ordered several uniforms scrubs on Royal Blue they sent all the order in Navy Blue, and now I haye to pay re-stock fee and stamps also. I have call to customer service buy nobody answer and the chat service is a disaster. It was their mistake and I have to pay for it.
I did not recommend this store to shop nothing.
