SafeRide America and or the NCPID 770-888-0887 5825 Glennridge Dr Sandy Springs Ga 30328is a scam.These people have got to be the biggest scam non profit 501(c)3 going on in Georgia at the moment.They hide behind the non for profit and will sell anything to try to get money out of someone.Be careful about giving your money or time to such a group.I saw that Budwieser,Eagle RockDistributingCompanyis a sponsor for them and can't believe that a big company like that would even think about getting involved with these people.There was a girl working in there that is suppose to be some kind of OperationsDirector that was drinking wine in the office and having a little party during business hours.Unbelievable!!!

It seems like there should be some kind of laws against people like this. They also charge ridiculously high rates to drive people home.One of the people working there said that the head guy Micheal Rhyne the ExecutiveDirectorwas caught driving customers around without a drivers license and got put in jail in Atlanta for an expired tag,no insurance,and suspended license.Its right there on the Fulton County Ga website.According to Fulton County it has happend not once but twice. Dont take my word for it ..LOOK IT UP!!

Surley the Board of Directors for something like this would be responcible for the actions of the organization . Ultimately the truth will come out and they will be held accountable.

According to the State of Georgia's website the Board Members are Michael T Rhyne, CEO, David Thompson ,CFO and Lyle V Harris , Secretary

This company use to work under the non profit called the NCPIDit looks like they might have lost their non for profit status for some reason according to the Georgia Secretery of State website

It's too bad that there are poeple like this out there that are taking advantage of good people by doing things like this in the name of doing good.

I am very disappointed in the accusations I have read above. There is no reason for the scam claim stated. What was stolen or misappropriated? Who has paid for something they did not receive?

SafeRide is a Not For Profit Corporation that gives people an alternative to driving while impaired. Whether you are coming back from a doctors visit or just had one too many drinks with friends.

Not only does SafeRide keep impaired drivers off the road, they also contribute one dollar from every ride they do toward children who have been injured and orphaned in impaired driving accidents.

Will they try to sell you things to collect revenue? Yes, it is called fund raising. That is what non-profit organizations do.

The driver services do not cost more than taxi service to your home and back to your car in the morning. The price is not unreasonable, and the benefits of having your car with you and not unattended in a parking lot are very well worth the price charged.

The large corporations above, coupled with the fact that SafeRide's 501(c) status IS VALID, is more than enough evidence to show that SafeRide is NOT a scam, but genuinely living up to its responsibilities to serve the public well-being...
