I signed up for www.savebig.com They needed a CC to enter the site, after i put in my info, I was charged $89! I did not authorize this. I then stupididly purchased two items of which I never received nor was I refunded. I received an email saying I had sucessfully been refunded, but I was Never refunded. After 30 emails or so, they have stopped responding to me, all they ever wrote back to me is that, "we're sorry, here are more bids." Every time it was the same thing. I told them I did not want bids because I don't trust the site. Now, no one will contact me back, it's been almost Four months. There is no phone number at all. I just reported the site to the BBB. Hopefully someone can do something about this, as the site is still up and running and stealing people's money. Law suit? I think so!
