| So despite the bad reviews Maher ensured me that it was all a misunderstanding, in fact he told me he had no idea of who these people where. ( stupid me ) I hired Maher from SCD Painting to paint my townhouse and what do you know, he did it to me . Maher showed up the first day 45mins. late spilled paint all over my drive way. By the time he had it cleaned day one was over. Despite what i read he actually came back the next day, it was at noon but at least he had shown up. that is where my frustration began. Maher stated that he would require an extra 1500.00 dollars to complete the project that he had not even started, if i didn't pay he would lean my house. And so he did. Is there any protection for the consumer in this case. It seems the builders lein act protects and blankets the criminal tradesmen who take our money and never return. Do you want to tell all how many trades you naver paid them or should you leave this job for me,
here is the tru story,
((In the past few days, Myles is trying to slander my name and what I do, been submitting reviews and some of his untrue statements. which is why, I have decided to tell the truth and make everyone aware of how dishonest person he is.
I even called him today and Yesterday more than 10 times, but his phone was shut, what kind of a contractor shutting their phone off for two day, do you have clients to deal with, why myles did not go with his actual name when he submitted a review, if you are true on something, you should not be scared...
Myles asked me to paint his house (entire house) I priced it for him for less than $2, 500.00 Labour and material included, I did him a favour to give him this price, usually it is not less than $4, 000.00 (Walls, Ceilings, etc..) he agreed with the price but requested that he will pay cash, so he does not pay the taxes of the job, like all clients do, unfortunately I agreed to do it this way, then we started the job and everything was fine, I had a very good comments from him while doing the job in the beginning, then while I am at the end and wanted to be paid, HE NEVER PAID ME A PENNY, he requested me to go back to do the final touch ups which I agreed but asked him at least to pay me some, then he started to say that he did not like the job and will not pay me until I completely finish, we disagreed on that, I needed to make sure at least I get something, but he refused, then I was naive enough to trust him again when he called me and wanted me to spray paint kitchen cabinet for one of his client in Maple Ridge, which I did, but still I did not receive the rest of the money that we agreed on..
Time went buy, I did swallow the loss and moved on, until this past two weeks when he started to slander me and my company )))
Myles, I can prove what needs to be provin, you know what I am talking about...
