seneca one SCAM - Harrassment- Mail fraud? SCAM - not your friend Internet

Seneca one has been sending me tons of junkmail trying to scam me out of my settlement for pennies on the dollar
I ASKED THEM TO TAKE ME OFF OF THEIR MAILING LIST AND THEY LAUGHED AT ME. I called back their corporate office and was assured they would remove me from their list and they would send me a $100 gift card for my troubles. Didn't recieve gift card and have had at least 20 pieces of junk mail from them since. I called back asking about my gift card and was told that I didnt qualify, but still recieving junkmail. I keep recieving "fake" checks and gifty cards from them in the mail. One example has envelope printed "gift card inside" the thing inside looks like a gift card but on the back says "not a gift card" ISN'T THIS MAIL FRAUD? after this bs I wouldnt even consider doing any business with this company - beware they have about 20 other trade names they use.

I have been getting mail from them for a while and I am using it to my advantage! I built a deck and have a new iPad because of them and I have not sold them one cent! I did run into some trouble when I didn't get something they promised, but I reminded them that I could send the original letter as well as phone records to my state's attorney general and they could take the matter up with them. Guess what? I got even more to stay in good graces.

So what if it is junk. If you work it right, you can cash in and not have to sell them anything. The way I figure it, as long as they keep sending it, I am going to take it. It is like FREE CASH!
