We attempted to purchase some shamballa bracelets from a 3rd year Gold Supplier on alibaba and were defrauded by a Shelly Wang - English name.

There is also a Jacky Lee manager

They took our money with paypal, and seemed to be playing for time until the 6 weeks claim period ran out, it was a small but a bit of a pricey order, after telling me anything for 4 weeks, we contacted Paypal to freeze the funds.

In all this time, ater they received the money they never made contact with us, they only ever made contact only after we would write to them. Even after the paypal claim, we contacted them first. And they are careful never mention the Paypal claim in their emails to us.

They all seem to be into the scam together and are using their gold supplier trusted status on alibaba to defraud people. We have put in a report with alibaba already.

Avoid the Jasen Jewelry on Alibaba. Shamballa fraud scam Jasen Jewelry.

It is unfortunate because in Canada there is a reputable shop with the same name. Maybe they might consider contacting Alibaba - to close this lot down.

I have become convinced there is no product. Or it is so shoddy that you would want to return it.

Is it possible to remove the report on Jasen jewelry.

They did eventually ship the items, via FedEx

Still somewhat unhappy with the service. And conflicting details they issued, which led us to totally disbelieve the person.

You simply don't say ready in 1-2 days and deliver in 3 weeks. In between it is ready, followed by 'we work to finish', ...

But they have delivered and we should leave it at that.

Maybe the next customer, they could have a chance to improve their service.
