| One day, I was called by Sherri Brinskelle- My parents neighbor- She had made an offer to me in which I could not refuse- It was to rent out her home because she wanted to be in NC on Lake Norman- To go from a 2 BR Apartment to a 5 BR home was really a no brainer- For the same amount in rent- I was thrilled to death! When my family & I arrived we couldn't of been happier- We had found a place to call home- We signed the lease with the option to purchase in which everything seemed normal- *seemed* Her move out dates changed 5 different times- I thought that Ms. Brinskelle was having problems with her business or costs of moving- So we waited patiently- Finally! MOVE IN DAY! The children were more excited than I was- It seemed like a dream- To all of us- I then started getting phone calls from Sherri only two months into the lease- She kept asking me about my ongoing litigation due to a terrible accident that I was involved with- Sustaining life altering injuries- Wanting money from me to purchase this house- Not concerned about my health at all which totally raised some red flags with me- One day, I was at the local Grocery Store- A neighbor came up to me- He had asked me if I had heard what Sherri did? I said, no- He went on to say that she was being investigated for defrauding Insurance Companies because she was a therapist, to help people who needed help with mental health- Even before I found out, I only saw Sherri once- Once because in the session, I felt very uncomfortable, as if she was going to tell other people about my problems- In which she did- So with all that I just typed, I contacted my Insurance Carrier in which I found out that she charged me for sessions in which I never saw her- According to the agent, Sherri Brinskelle charged me several times in which two claims were denied- I was shocked- But this is where it gets better- She had called my PARENTS BEHIND MY BACK to see if they would co-sign for a loan for me to purchase her home- Talk about being desperate! When I confronted her, asking her why she did this, she said, that she had to "protect her good name" and needed the money to do so- YOU DO NOT NEED ANY MONEY TO PROTECT YOUR NAME unless you did something wrong in which she did- 51 counts of defrauding Insurance companies to go on cruises, take vacations, purchasing high priced items, living well beyond her means, and flaunting it! When she told me this, I bit my tongue! I wanted to tell her that I knew what she did but I didn't- I'm still not sure to this day why I did not but I guess it was for the better- I took the upper road in this- Not stooping to her level- Hindsight is 20/20 anyway- We had a flood- It was pretty devistating- All of the things that she did not take with her were left in the garage- Who had to clean it? Not her! We did- Who had to fix anything that went wrong in this house? We did- And it states in the lease, all repairs will be done by them- Unless we broke something- Which we didn't- We took care of this house better than they ever did- We may of not had all the expensive things that they had but we sure worked hard for what we had, unlike Sherri who stole from the Goverment to pay for her own expenses and personal items- Surely, her husband who is a retired police officer had to know her goings on but who will ever know if he did- She had total control of her finances meaning that she had a copy book and wrote down every single financial transaction in which I saw, sitting with her in the beginning- I keep a ledger but I sure don't keep it secret- She held onto that book as if it were gold- I should of known better and now I do- Since, I received a notice to quit- PA law requires the notice to be delivered by hand, not in the mail- Reason to vacate: SELLING PROPERTY- And she gave me 6 days to move out! Being disabled, having 3 small children, a husband who works very hard, it was obvious that we had a problem- So with that said, I contacted my lawyers in which they said that she had no legs to stand on- All based out of being desperate- And during the course of living here, I received a phone call from a federal agent asking me questions- I told her the truth- I found out that she is going to jail and that she is a slum lord- I mean, come on- She left us without a stove for 14 days! How I wanted to say something to her! It was so hard not to but knowing that I will no longer have to deal with her, knowing that she is going to jail is good enough for me! She really screwed over a lot of people in this town! Some are still in denial but when she turns on them, they are in for a shock- Sherri basically killed everyone with kindness- So everyone thought that she was a very nice, kind, and caring woman- Far from it!!! She is a manipulator- She is a liar- She preys on the weakness of others- And thinks that everyone is stupid- Well, she has another thing coming with me- I'm not as stupid as she thought- Google her Brother, Peter Ferrulli- She followed in her brothers foot steps! Pitiful to say the least- That is all :) |

| And how horrible she treated you and your family. I remember her brother doing the same thing and one would think that she would of known better? Greed will get you no where |
