|Do not work for Silver Care Insurance Services. They lie and misrepresent the commission structure and many other things. We own our own insurance agency and one of our agents got appointed with this company to sell medicare supplements and medicare advantage programs. Their hook was that they make appointments for you. First of all they make about four appointments a day for you and wont make you more unless you sell. Well my agent was selling one of the appointments a day. Which was not bad. He is a great salesman. However he was upset because the other three appointments were bogus. Usually wrong addresses or the seniors did not understand the language or they did not understand why someone was comming over. So Silver Care started making my agent 6 appointments a day. He began selling two apps a day. He was doing so well that United Health Care called him to thank him for soing such a great job and that he was a top agent. So he was getting very excited about his commissions. Which were supposed to be $500 for a new face client and $250 for a renewal. Well the check never came. He called the office multiple times and was told three different stories. He was told because he is with them and they are an FMO that he would not get paid his October enrollments untill the last week of december then each following month would be the same time frame. And then all his January enrollments would be paid by the last week of February. SO that was very dissappointing. So he waited and when his first check came (the first week of January not the last week of December,) it was substantially less than what he was told. He was only paid $125 per app. Silver Care said that he would be paid the difference the next month once CMS verified if they were new or not. He did not get anything. This happened for November and Decembers enrollments too. Then it really hit the fan when he just received his January enrollment check today (supposed to be paid out the last week of February.) He had 29 enrollments for January and was paid $1600. I'm not sure how the math works out here. But its absolute BS. They are now saying that he is paid less because they made him appointments. Plus in the mean time he left them and got a direct contract as a GA through these companies. SO they had other SilverCare agents go out and rewrite his MEdi Medi apps. SO he won't get paid. They are cheats and liars. No matter how you spin it. You sign a contract saying that you will get anywhere from $250-$500 an app then get a total of $3750 over 4 months writing 62 applications. Take our advice!!! Do not work for these liars.|
|I'd like to start by staying that as an owner of an insurance agency you are grossly uneducated on how Medicare Advantage products work. Appointed directly or running business through an FMO all enrollments are paid on a renewal status until CMS deems then as a true initial enrollment. Then and only then is the second potion of the payment issued. Also any applications submitted during AEP, or if you are unfamiliar with that term Annual Enrollment Period Oct 15th- Dec 7th, regardless of at what point the application was submitted all the policies are not effective until Jan 1st. No payments are issued until the plans are effective and this is an industry standard. I'd like to end by saying any company sending me on 4 appointments a day and then 6 appointments a day is more than I can say for any other FMO out there and sounds like an awesome career opportunity to me.|
|This place is just a telephone mill with the most obnoxious and ignorant employees ever. I have been getting telephone calls from them almost daily for months now. I've asked repeatedly to be taken off their robo-dailer but it never happens. Last week was the last straw when I got 2 calls in one day. I called back numerous times and finally spoke with the presidents ? right hand person. What a lovely piece of work she is. I did get a follow-up from the pres. Mazen al-Nihda and he apologized and assured me my number would be taken down. Today I got another call but instead of anyone being on the other end I just heard other people in the call center in the background. I listened for a few minutes, long enough to hear other people’s personal information and what they buy at the outlet center. Whatever you do, don't do business with these people.|
|Silver Care Insurance makes me sick. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYERS!!! There needs to be a whistle blower. This company needs to be shut down for insurance fraud!! Their business model is abusive to the elderly. I have many clients with them NOW but am trying to nullify Silver Care's existence - So that my clients with them are not abused further. THEY ARE GREEDY, PRETENTIOUS AND ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS.|
CAN'T WAIT TILL THIS COMPANY IS SHUT DOWN FOR INSURANCE FRAUD. OUR SENIOR CITIZENS, VETERANS AND RETIREES DESERVE BETTER.

|Really!!! Seriously I don’t know what your agenda is, but whatever it is, stop it! Saying what you saying and doing what you’re doing only tells me you need a hobby! Everybody can see through your writing what you’re trying to do! Stop trying to defame Silver Care’s reputation, it’s not working. If you’re trying to compete I suggest you try good honest competition. I’m not surprised upper management hasn’t responded to your….. tactics, they’re too classy for that, but I can’t take your nonsense. I’ve been an agent with this company for over 6 years, and I’ve seen nothing but the best for both myself and my clients. I receive my commission/ renewal checks monthly. On top of that they advance me commissions (from their pockets) against my new business weekly. I remember when I first started with them and I was in need of money, to help me out, they loaned me money on top of my commission and advances! They’re the most consistent company I’ve been with so far, I receive my leads and appointment exactly like promised. My first year I had lot of cancellation and grievances, I never understood it. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and training, especially their compliance training. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t be as successful as I am today and I wouldn’t have made it this far.|
|Silvercare has very Non Professional people working for them!!! Come on SILVERCARE... Your working with and setting up Appointments with Elderly People, Most of them don't know what the heck is going on!!! I'm a CareGiver for a 70 yr old lady, and she put me on the phone to talk with them, they were VERY RUDE.. Then i asked them to explain their program and what its all about, and the girl was a complete MORON!!! Made the 12 noon tomorrow Appt with her... But looked up SCAM ALERTS!!! And there they are!! I called back and was switched to 3 DIFFERENT people... After explaining 3 times about wanting to cancel the APPT ...the 3rd time PISSED ME OFF!!! GET IT TOGETHER! VERY RUDE!!! DON'T make any Appointments with any WEIRDOS over the phone...!!! They'll come into your home... Ask for personal Info... SS# ...DOB...n off they'll go!!! To do what kind of DAMAGE!!!????|
|I worked for slivercare and man oh man everything about them is a scam and then not to want to give me my appointments smdh I just heard they shut this shit hole down! As the stud rose saying thank god for that huh lol this job was off the hook prostitution weed smoke and I can go on for days. Then to top it off luring those old people! Thank god I quit this job|
