I called smoke assist after seeing it on T.V. I was told about how it worked and if you were not satisfied you would get a refund. I was told it was a safe way to stop smoking, none of the warning's that were on the box when i received it. I called them back to cancel, and could not get to a person to request a refund or to stop futher mailings from them. I got recording's to buy more refill's of the dangerous refill's, but when you selected the return's # the line went dead. Then i started receiving companies stating i had joinedtheirmembership and my credit card was being charged. This was within the first week, i am still receiving them now. Smoke assist also told me i would get gift card's from Target for $100.00 And Wal Mart for $100.00, Of course i have not received those yet. I returned the product to their address the day after i received it, only because the post office was closed when iopened the package and read the dangers of the product. I have a confirmation # from the post office from my return package, but have not been refunded yet. I have tryed to call and find out why, but then it all goes back to the only topic you can chose from their recordin's is toorder. This is a scam, a scam, and they release your credit card # to several other companies, you do not get any gift card's and you do not get a refund. I have canceled my credit card #, thankfully i saw other complaint's on the computer when i was trying to find out how to get mysmoke assist returned, or there would be even more charges i did not allow on my card. I also called my credit card and told them about all of this, when i cancelled my card. This company need's to be stopped and held liable for misuse of credit card's andthe fact they tell you, that you will receive gift card's. They should have to tell you about the warning's of their product when you first contact them.
