According to a response to a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office, the company responded that Ben Stidham had no authority to make such a claim. This was the offical response from the company as recorded by the California Attorney General's Office. While previously Ben Stidham promised a alternate music promotional service in which he stated he was involved with, it was noted to be a "bait and switch" tactic with no possible refund coming from A&R representative Hilarie Naymick. |
