Poor work, poor customer service

I had an $8000 roof put on my house in 2006. The salesman also tried to sell me windows and siding, for a total of $35000. They sent a local subcontractor to put my roof on. The subcontractor showed up in February, in the rain and left my roof unfinished, covered with a tarp. When I got home from work in the morning, all of my ceilings were ruined by water damage. I called the company, who had the subcontractor come out and paint all my ceilings. After the roof was on, it has continued to leak and ruined my ceilings again. I have made call after call to the company, and they pretty much blow me off. They have told me that my salesman retired...that they would send someone out...all kinds of excuses, but they have never responded appropriately. I am still making payments on the roof, as I took out a home improvement loan....which Squires Roofing was all to happy to hand me the paperwork so that they got their money right away.
