Found out these cowboys transferred my credit card account to a supposingly cheaper product back in 2004 and then made a decision to charge interest at a cash rate on balance transfers prior to 2006 and even tried to tell me I had used ATMS in overseas countries to obtain the cash, I would like to know how you can obtain $308.24 USD out of a Vietnamese ATM or any country for that matter. The smart senior customer service officer I was told to contact by the Ombudsman was not very smart at all and gave me the transactions I made and they all turned out to be hotels, airfares and tours I had paid for by creditcard. I wonder how many other poor consumers were ripped off, I only found out as the statements started showing INTEREST- CASH and I never use creditcards to obtain cash.
I am hoping others will see my report and check what interest they have been paying and join together to expose another Bank scam.
