I have a similar story as every other report. I joined in August 2010, received the first 2 rebates, and since then have been told that the "program has picked up and they are extremely behind and will process each rebate in the order they were received". I'm not expecting any more rebates but will continue to send in receipts as it's not too much time. Maybe I'll be surprised and they'll come througt.....doubt it.

e-mail consumer rights advocate Amy Clancy @ KIRO TV she is exposing these people aclancy@kirotv.com They have ripped me off too. It's probably mail fraud. Also you can e-mail the Attorney General a complaint using the following link: www.atg.wa.gov/fileacoplaint.aspx

PS: I e-mailed the AG a few months ago and got my first 3 cards. I had to email them again recently.

I have faithfully sent in the paperwork and have received 2 rebates since last Sep 2010. I call and e-mail and get the same message that they are so busy. Twice I was told that I would see the money in a couple of weeks. Hah!!! Never happened.
