I bought a horse from Stephanie Williams aka Stephanie Rusher, who lied to me on the history of the horse. The horse is nothing that she said it was, she will not answer or return any phone calls. Ive also learned from 4 others now that she has scammed them also on their trades or purchases. She has had stolen horses before, she claims she rescues horses which is a lie. She buys the cheapest horses she can find, fattens them up and then sells them with bogus stories attached. She has several theft charges and forgery charge also. She is a con artist and pretty damn good at it. She will give false last names so its hard to locate her. I have reported her to the police, if any one else has had this problem with her please also report her also so she can be stopped!!
