Stephs Bags scam AND NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE I, Internet

DO NOT order from Stephs Bags. Nothing advertised or stated is trust worthy. There are so many other excellent companies that would love to have the business. I ordered standard bags and of course my card was charged immediately (Steph is great at that). Received am email stating bags were shipped(With no tracking number mind you) Numerous email attempts and phone calls with no response. Will attempt to recoup through credit card company. Avoid them at all cost.

Same dang thing happened to us...EXACTLY. Ordered, charged us, said it shipped...got NOTHING. Have sent 3 emails now attempting to contact, one voice message (today) - no reply. Tomorrow, we will contact or credit card company to see about canceling the payment. Stephs Bags seems to be a rip off. Damn it.

I to have been taken by this company, I instructed them to cancel my order before it shipped. This was the store policy. Now they said they shipped it. and yet when I check the tracking information, it is no where to be found. Tried via email and phone calls, and NOTHING. Guess what ? I learned my lesson. My checking account has been billed, and yet no bags. @#$%&*
