I can't believe the event I had just encountered with Steve Hoffman Insurance in Sugarland, Texas. Steve contacted myhusband somehow about our retirement. He said he had some investments that were both safe and could yield better than our 2% CD. It looked like a nice family run business from the exterior but when I showed up I could have sworn it was a circus. First when Steve came out of his office it to greet me the first thing I noticed was his pants were unzipped and stained. He was sweaty and reeked like a fat skeezer at the bowling alley working the glory hole. I thought I had the wrong place when he said, "Welcome, come on back, Cindy I have been waiting for you." I should have run right there but I didn't. I was dumb enough to follow this guy through his office to his little experiment. In his office were several gerbils in cages and bunches of PVC pipe lying around. I had heard about this before but I am a Christian woman and I could not believe someone would be this open about packing lovely little animals in the ol' smoke hole but Steve obviously didn't mind. "Oh these are just some pets for my kids." he said but I was a little suspicious. Then when his son came to the door with a PVC pipe and a squirming gerbil and asked, "Hey Dad, you got that super high viscosity lube...my cheeks are burning a little." The gerbil in his hand was stained brown and squirming for his life. I love animals and I just couldn't take it anymore...I ran out the door and swore I have never seen anything like that before or since.

I'm sorry but this website is a scam. This is the craziest story I have ever heard! Steve Hoffman Insurance Agency is not even in business anymore! The agency was bought out in April 2011 and goes by a completely different name now, so for this story to be posted on July 15, 2011 is kind of funny. Even when it was in business, Steve Hoffman never called anyone about retirement investments. I think the gerbils are the best part of this ridiculous story. Pets for his kids?? You don't even know what you're talking about! His YOUNGEST child is 31 years old. Whoever wrote this should be thankful they don't have a slander lawsuit slapped on them!! |
