Subco Inc Elbon Enterprises, Inc. Ordered a magazine (Entertainment Weekly) in my name without my authorization!!!! Fresno, California

I started receiving Entertainment Weekly Magazine. I did not order this subscription. Went online to Entertainment Weekly's website and entered the account # off the front of the magazine and it said the subscription was purchased through Subco Inc. I have never heard of this company. They are a fraud. Not sure what their goal is, or how they think they are going to be paid for this subscription. I'm trying to cancel it now. If Entertainment Weekly doesn't let me cancel this erroneous subscription, one must wonder if the magazine is in cahoots (unsure of spelling) with Subco Inc. in an attempt to boost their subscription memberships! This whole thing is a scam and smells. Citizens, beware!

The same thing happened to me. I started receiving magazines after a post on my facebook page said get free trail products in the mail from makers. I gave my name and address thinking I was going to be on a mailing list from major product companies for trial size items. When I called the company the magazine came from they said I had to contact the agency from which my order was generated. When I told the person I was speaking with they shouldn't be dealing with agencies like this because they were deceitful. The person giggled and replied "Why not"?
